Eimmy Solis

Eimmy Solis is the Social Sciences Data Librarian at the University of Southern California (USC) Libraries. As a Social Sciences Data Librarian, Eimmy assists USC students, faculty, and staff with in-person and virtual research consultations and instruction with a focus on public administration and policy and government information, including the census. She is responsible for overseeing data services and helping find data and statistics in the social sciences, conducting data literacy workshops, and as a representative to the Inter-Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR). She also curates the government documents collection and the library data collections in support of research and curricula in the social sciences.

Eimmy earned her B.A. in Economics and Spanish Language and Literature at the University of California - Berkeley; a M.A. in Business Education at New York University; and a M.S. in Library and Information Science at Long Island University, Palmer School of Library and Information Science.
