Kimberley Bugg is an Assistant Professor in the USC Marshall School of Business. Before joining Marshall, she worked in several academic library public services and administration positions. Her primary area of research specialization workforce issues in libraries and her scholarship includes leadership development, recruitment and retention, and diversity. She is an active member of the American Library Association’s division, Library Leadership and Management Association (LLAMA). She currently chairs the LLAMA Staff and Leadership and Skills Development Committee. Kimberley earned her Ph.D. from the Simmons College Graduate School of Library and Information Science, Boston, MA; an MLS from the North Carolina Central University, Durham, NC; a Masters of Liberal Studies from Clayton State University, Morrow GA; and a BA in Communication from Georgia State University, Atlanta, GA.
